Year 6 Robotics

Today, Year 6 have been challenged to build a robotic spider. The children worked collaboratively to follow instructions carefully, plan and prepare resources and build a moving spider robot.  The robot is powered by a circuit connected to a small motor and run by a battery.  The groups had to wire up the motor and […]

Y6 Green Screen Project! Rainforests

Year 6 have finished their Green Screen Project about the Rainforests. They worked really hard on their movie and worked in groups to edit sections of the movie using windows movie maker. They added titles, captions and transitions along with sound files for effect.

Macey’s Superhero

At home Macey made a plan of her very own superhero with Mummy then they built it. Her superhero was called Cat Woman and it could shoot webs from its hand.

Year 1 Choir visit Avonleigh Nursing Home

Yesterday Year 1 visited Avonleigh Nursing Home. We sung lots of different Christmas songs for the people who live there.
